from: theellen645 STARTING POINT Because this was the very last session there wasn't much point in trying to launch Ellen into another dangerous situation--her luck would have to run out at some point--so instead I wanted to plan her next step since there's been talk (?) about starting another campaign or extending this one. On the heels of getting hammered once again, Ellen was convinced that there were double-agents within the MPD and that the scavengers had some sort of organized resistance, probably stemming from Concord. I asked Bryce to give me as much information about Concord and the Bazaar as Ellen would know, and it all added up. Ellen's primary objective, then, would be to lead not a raid but a major assault on the Bazaar at Concord. This would require more troops and more special ops both as, word had it, that Concord was heavily fortified. Bryce said that her father would be against it and, after some role-playing and some dice rolling, we reached a stalemate. But as I indicated to him, Ellen wasn't going to quit until she got her way. After we finished up I started pressing Bryce for what would happen if we attacked Concord and he just smiled. After much more pressing he finally told me that there were double-agents within the MPD but Concord had nothing to do with it and that it was in-fighting within the Four Families. It was really irritating to find out that I was wrong and I felt that Bryce hadn't entirely played fair with me with the way he doled out the information, but whatever. It was kind of funny too. It does complicate things if we continue the campaign since Ellen doesn't know what I now do. Bryce said I would just have to play as though she didn't know any better. But an assault on the Bazaar sounds like it would be a major undertaking that would be several hundred hours of dice rolling. Could be fun. Could be painful. Thought this was a fun experiment and I would love to do it again. Will send my reflection on Ellen in a bit. Cheers! --Ellen

subject: The Last Gaming Session #4
The last gaming session was the swap, where once again things went from going according to plan to a complete disaster in about 0.596 seconds flat. This gaming session was again mostly talking as I asked questions and Bryce gave me (leading) answers that confirmed most of my (incorrect) assumptions. He is a jerk.
