I know that we're only supposed to write a one-thousand word story about some aspect of our campaign but I wound up writing twice that. In fairness though, this reads as two separate 1K-word vignettes ("Watchtower" and "Peat Moss" are separate) rather than a 2K-word story that's just split at the halfway point. At least that was my intention.
