Just so you know, I wrote this up to conclude Jackal's story. Emily completely dropped off the face of the planet. Not sure if she's embarrassed about flaking out for the last few gaming sessions or if she's having trouble at home, school, or work or whatever, but she's not replying to my emails.

Anyway, she hasn't written any vignettes yet; all of the Otto and Jackal vignettes have been written by Juan. She was worried about being a bad role-player or something so we did a little side adventure, just me and her, where she snuck out and whacked a couple MPD guards who were heading for Concord. She had this idea that Jackal was a real psychopath (or is it sociopath?) who was good at manipulating people but who had no regard for life whatsoever. She was toying with Otto the whole time, which would have been a cool subplot to the whole story and added something to their relationship, but alas, she never wrote up her vignettes.

I decided to write this one, "Child of the Apocalypse," to give some conclusion to her character. I imagine once Otto and Erik were out of the picture at the swap, she'd grab one of those sweet sniper rifles and go to town plugging MPD from miles away. So here it is.
