Johnson Family
The Johnson Family is one of the Four Families of the MPD.

The patriarch of the family is Marshall Johnson, who is also the General of the MPD. His wife, Sarah Johnson, died of breast cancer in 2099. He has one daughter, Ellen, who is Commander of MPD forces.
The Johnson family has lived exclusively in the Rock, the MPD military training facility, longer than any other family. The family and the location share a number of traits: austerity, isolation, and a unflagging dedication to the cause. Marshall Johnson had a long and distinguished career in the military and is a gifted tactician. Johnson keeps an extensive gun collection and has passed on his knowledge to his daughter.
As a family of two, and only a father and daugher, the Johnsons are extremely tight. Marshall and Ellen think as one and share many of the same values and beliefs, dislikes and suspicions. Though the family pedigree is in military matters, both Johnsons prefer a well-considered tactical approach rather than brute force.
